We use your information to:
- Provide our product development and commercialization services and program access
- Process payments and manage your account

Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, tags, pixels, and similar technologies that fall into the following categories:
- Essential — required for the site to function (e.g., security and remembering your cookie choice). These are always active.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use Google Tag Manager and Google’s measurement tools, and product-analytics tools such as PostHog.
- Advertising & visitor identification — help us reach and understand potential clients. We use Google Ads and RB2B (see below).
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly if you disable them. For our advertising and data partners, use the opt-out links in the next section. Our on-site notice lets you record a preference; we are continuing to expand how that preference is enforced, so at this time the browser-level and partner opt-out controls described here are the most effective ways to limit tracking.
Advertising & Data Partners
We work with online advertising and data partners to measure our marketing and to identify businesses and individuals who may be interested in our services. In particular:
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout. You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
We also use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. You can control Google’s use of your data for advertising through Google Ad Settings, and opt out of many interest-based ads through the DAA and Your Online Choices (EU).
Your Privacy Choices
You can:
- Limit or block cookies through your browser settings, and record a preference using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
- Opt out of RB2B/partner advertising at app.retention.com/optout and, for GDPR, rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or by emailing us.
- Use your browser’s privacy and cookie controls to limit tracking.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of the advertising and visitor-identification practices described above may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state laws. To opt out, use the partner opt-out links above (including app.retention.com/optout), your browser controls, or contact us at support@biotechnmed.com.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:
- With service providers who assist with payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and advertising, under contracts that limit their use of the information
- With advertising and data partners as described in “Advertising & Data Partners” above
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights
- In connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition)
- With your consent
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of marketing, sale, or sharing; and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may exercise these rights, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a similar jurisdiction, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; we otherwise process data to perform a contract, comply with law, or pursue our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our services.
To exercise any right, email support@biotechnmed.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent where permitted.
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
